GENERAL MIXED CLASS + BEGINNERS**

MED LEVEL -  fitness required

• WED eve*: 5.15 pm Iyengar Yoga

ADVANCED LEVEL - good fitness required

• SAT morn:* 8.15 am Power Yoga

ADVANCED LEVEL - good fitness required

• SUN morn: 8.15 am Meditation

Incorporating Asana, Pranayama & Meditation

Participation requires attending minimum one

weekly yoga class as well.

*Wed & Sat Advanced sessions -  participation

after assessment of fitness level only

TO EXPERIENCE THE IYENGAR & POWER YOGA STYLES for the first time, at least one month of once-a-week class participation is recommended.
